Terms
The rules for buying from us and for playing the games. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them out loud.
Who you are buying from

Placing an order
Choosing a picture and a size and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment has gone through and we send your order to print.
We can refuse or cancel an order — for example if a price was obviously wrong, if we cannot deliver to you, or if something about the order is unlawful. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Prices and tax
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include delivery only where it says so. If your card is in another currency, your bank does the conversion at their rate.
Any tax due is shown at checkout. If you are outside the country your order ships from, customs duties or import charges may be payable on arrival — those are yours to pay.
Everything is made to order
Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your puzzle or poster is printed by our print partner after you order, then posted to you. Colours on paper and on a lit screen are never exactly the same, and a small variation between the two is normal rather than a fault.
Delivery, changing your mind, and faults
Delivery times and costs are on the Shipping page. What happens if you change your mind, or if something arrives damaged, is on the Returns page. Nothing on either page takes away rights the law gives you.
The games
The games are free, and we may change or withdraw them. They are meant to be set up by a grown-up and played with a child. They are provided as they are — we cannot promise they will run on every device or never have a fault.
They need no account and, for photos and speech, nothing leaves the device. See the Privacy page for exactly what that means.
Pictures you bring
If you play with your own photo, it stays in your browser — we never receive it.
If you use the picture-maker, or if we later offer printing from a picture you provide, you confirm you have the right to use that image, and you agree not to use anything unlawful, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. You keep ownership; you give us permission to store and print it for the purpose of your order. We may refuse to print anything we think breaks this rule, and refund you.
Our pictures
The illustrations, the site and the games belong to us. Buying a puzzle or a poster buys you the object for your own home — not the right to copy, resell, or make other products from the artwork.
If something goes wrong
If we get something wrong, we will put it right — a replacement or a refund. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have expected, and nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply, whatever this page says.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of [STATE / COUNTRY OF THE BUSINESS]. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
