Delivery
Everything is printed once you order it, so there is a day or two of making before there is anything to post.
Where we deliver
The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you are somewhere else and want something posted to you, ask us at [CONTACT EMAIL, e.g. hello@ohwishingtree.com] — we may be able to.
What it costs
• Standard delivery — £4.95, and free on orders over £40.
• Express delivery — £9.95.
Prices are in pounds sterling and you choose the speed at checkout.
How long it takes
Printing and packing takes about two working days. After that:
• Standard — roughly 5 to 10 working days.
• Express — roughly 2 to 4 working days.
These are estimates from our print partner, not promises. Christmas and bad weather do what they always do.
Customs and duties
Orders crossing a border may attract import duty or tax on arrival, set by your country, not by us. Those charges are yours to pay and are not included in what you paid here.
Tracking, and when it does not turn up
Where the carrier provides tracking, our print partner emails it to you when your order is dispatched.
If the estimate has passed and nothing has arrived, email [CONTACT EMAIL, e.g. hello@ohwishingtree.com] with your order reference and we will chase it, replace it, or refund you.
